Why a binder, and why one URL?
Every tool on this site keeps its state in its URL — a model, a decision plan, a delivery roadmap, a timing forecast. Each is a bookmarkable claim, but they are not interchangeable. Paths describes the outcomes still in play. Roadmap distinguishes commitment from shaped work; when it is projected from Paths, Case shows the exact known and assumed basis. Timeline forecasts when work may land.
Assembly is deliberately manual: do the work in the member tools, then paste each URL here with a label, lane and note saying why it matters. Case recognizes canonical Paths, Roadmap and Timeline URLs locally; it never fetches them, merges their models or changes their state. Unreadable or unsafe URLs earn no inferred context.
The cover renders the question, a claim-labelled exhibit register and the verdict once you commit to one. A case never computes that verdict: the exhibits argue, you decide, and the cover states it. The case URL then carries the whole kit for a board pack, handover or later retro; readers open an exhibit only when they choose its row.
